Lacey Food Bank will be accepting donations of non perishable food items and money at the Fair. Families here in Lacey will benefit from your donations.

Dear Crafter,
The Annual Spring Craft & Vendor Fair, sponsored by the Lacey Township High School PTSA will be held on Sunday, April 11, 2010 from 10 AM to 3 PM. The success of this major fundraiser depends on you and your patronage. Our joint efforts will work to support student programs and provide scholarships.
Reservations for vendors will be $40 for a 6 foot space. Tables are not provided. Chairs are available. If you need electricity, you will need to bring a LONG extension cord. We will do our best to accommodate your needs if we are notified in advance on a first come first served basis. Students will be available to help you unload starting at 8 AM at no cost to you. At check-in, you will receive a coupon for a free coffee. Food will be available and lunch orders can be delivered right to your spot by our student helpers. We are asking for a donation the day of the fair to raffle in our Crafters Corner. Your name will be prominently displayed on your donation.
Please note that your cancelled check will act as your receipt unless you provide a self addressed stamped envelope with your registration. If you would like, we can email you a confirmation, so include your email address on the form. Please email Maryann at maryannlthsptsa@comcast.net with any questions you may have or to be removed from our mailing list. Or you can call 609-971-5097 and leave a message on the machine.
We are planning a very aggressive advertising campaign to promote this event. Please revisit our website at www.lthsptsa.org for additional information as it becomes available or to print a copy of the crafter/vendor form.
Please return your reservation by March 31, 2010 to ensure your space at this event by mailing a check for $40 for each 6 foot space to:
