Dear Crafter,
The Annual Craft & Vendor Fair will now be sponsored by the Lacey Township High School PTSA and the Secretaries. It will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 10 AM to 3 PM. The success of this major fundraiser depends on you and your patronage. Our joint efforts will work to support student programs and provide scholarships.
Reservations for vendors will be $35 for a 7 foot space. Tables are not provided. Chairs are available. If you need electricity, you will need to bring a LONG extension cord. We will do our best to accommodate your needs if we are notified in advance on a first come first served basis. Students will be available to help you unload starting at 8 AM at no cost to you. At check-in, you will receive a coupon for a free coffee. Food will be available and lunch orders can be delivered right to your spot by our student helpers. We are asking for a donation the day of the fair to raffle in our Crafters Corner. Your name will be prominently displayed on your donation.
Please note that your cancelled check will act as your receipt unless you provide a self addressed stamped envelope with your registration.
We are planning a very aggressive advertising campaign to promote this event. Please visit our website at www.lthsptsa.org for additional information as it becomes available or to print a copy of the crafter/vendor form.
If you return your registration by October 1, 2011, you will receive a discount of $5.00!!!!!
Please return your reservation by October 24, 2011 to ensure your space at this event by mailing a check for $35 for a 7 foot space to:
